Legal information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This notice explains how Revi accesses, uses, stores and protects user data and data authorized through Google Business Profile.
1. Controller and contact details
The controller of the Revi service is Sabato Ruggiero, owner of Da Saba Srl. Revi is currently a SaaS service in beta.
For requests concerning privacy, data access, correction or deletion, email dasaba.marketing@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Registration and authentication data, such as name, email address and user identifier.
- Business information entered by the user, including reply tone preferences.
- Google Business Profile data authorized by the user: account, locations, reviews and owner replies.
- Technical and security data needed to diagnose errors and protect the service.
3. How we use Google data
Revi accesses Google data only after the user’s consent, to display authorized locations, synchronize reviews, prepare replies and publish them when requested by the user or when the user explicitly enables automation that complies with the safety rules.
Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties for independent purposes. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Artificial intelligence
The review text and the minimum necessary context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a draft. Revi applies limits, sensitive-review checks and safeguards against repetitive replies. Historical reviews do not receive automatic replies by default.
5. Retention and security
Application data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with organization-level isolation. Google tokens are handled only on the server and encrypted before storage. The application is deployed through Vercel.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet applicable obligations, and manage security and disputes.
6. Revocation, access and deletion
Users may revoke Google access from their Google account or disconnect the integration from Revi. They may also request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting the address above.
7. Providers and international transfers
Revi uses technical providers necessary to deliver the service, currently Supabase, Vercel, Google, Anthropic and Resend. When users enable email notifications, Resend processes the recipient address and the minimum content required for delivery; review emails contain only a short excerpt and a link to the private area. Processing may involve international transfers governed by applicable contractual and security mechanisms.
8. Updates
This notice may be updated during the beta. Material changes will be communicated to users and published on this page.
