How Revi AI works
Beta version · updated July 20, 2026
Revi does not replace the business’s responsibility. It organizes information, prepares drafts and helps identify recurring themes while leaving clear rules and decision-making control with the user.
1. Authorized history
When a business connects a supported profile, Revi may read authorized reviews to understand context, including recurring topics, language and common situations. History is used for analysis and personalization, never to publish retroactive replies.
2. Personalization
Users define tone, style, words to avoid and brand guidance. These preferences guide future suggestions and can be changed over time.
3. AI drafts
For a new review, Revi can prepare a reply aligned with the review and the configured rules. The draft remains editable. Automation, when available, is explicitly enabled by the user.
4. Critical themes
Revi is designed to turn many reviews into readable signals: recurring themes, strengths and aspects to monitor. Advanced analysis is still under development and is presented as such.
5. Human control
During the first three months, automation only covers 3–5★ reviews. 1–2★ reviews remain manual by default afterwards and can only be enabled after three months with explicit confirmation. Sensitive words always require manual review.
6. What we do not promise
AI can make mistakes and does not guarantee commercial results, higher ratings or perfect interpretations. Revi therefore makes feature status visible, distinguishes the beta from the future vision and keeps replies editable.
